@amazon My home was exposed for 24 hrs wo notification from Amazon, creating a safety and security issue. When I called @amazon back to ask for the CM, I was told that does not exist and they offered me $20 credit for the inconvenience. its not, its a safety concern and liability

@amazon My neighbor alerted me, I contacted @amazon after 1.5 hrs I was sent to a kind man who apoligized and attempted to help but couldn't. He created an escalation report, called me when I got home to ensure I was ok. Then told me to call back and ask for a escalation CM.

@amazon after years of loyalty, my recent experience of In garage delivery will be shared. The driver lifted the garage door, then when he couldn't get it down, left the package inside the garage with my home exposed for 24 hours while I was out of town. No calls, not notice.
