@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried calling but it tells me you can’t deal with my call at this time and cuts me off once I say the reason for calling. I can’t set up an online account as it’s in my maiden name and my proof of identity is in my married name so it won’t accept that. Is there another way?

@HMRCcustomers So basically sit on the phone again all afternoon to just be cut off each time. Is there really no other way of contact?

[Aimee ♡ @AimeeLynn_5]

@HMRCcustomers I think her main issue is the April tax code that is showing as D0/Cumulative as this has caused a huge deduction in comparison to previous months.

[Aimee ♡ @AimeeLynn_5]

@HMRCcustomers I think so as she has logged on to something and sent me screenshots showing HMRC having her tax code as 1257L for the new tax year but it showing as currently unavailable for the last tax year.

[Aimee ♡ @AimeeLynn_5]

@HMRCcustomers One is dated 31/03/2023 and the other is 30/04/2023.

[Aimee ♡ @AimeeLynn_5]

@HMRCcustomers It’s in relation to her tax code. She should be on 1257L but her 2 recent payslips are showing the codes BR/Month1 and D0/Cumulative but there is no reason why.

[Aimee ♡ @AimeeLynn_5]

@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your response. How would you recommend her to contact yourselves? She attempted 10 calls on Friday after school and was cut off each time. She spent 2 hours contact with no luck. Thanks.
