I’m shocked that Meta, a company worth billions, is allowing so many accounts to be permanently disabled with little to no human support.

They recently claimed they had fixed the Meta AI exploit that was allowing people to target Instagram accounts 1/5

My account was a huge part of my personal life. I’ve lost access to years of photos, messages, content, and connections with no meaningful way to speak to a real person about it.

I’ve never intentionally broken community guidelines and have always used the platform responsibly.
