Why did HEC made guidelines? Why does NCOC holds meetings? Why did Education Ministry shut down universities/schools? JSMU & FAST are insisting on physical examinations despite HEC telling Unis back in July to make provisions for online exams but no investment in student welfare

Only sindh medical colleges are taking physical proff before 1st Feb why? When minster of health already said all exams are postponed till 1st feb.
