Usually, when a series ends, we tend to say, "It's time to send the characters back into the pages of the novel." But for me, Barth and Tanrak existed in my heart long before there was a novel, and long before they ever became this series.

So today, I’m not sending them back anywhere. Instead, I’ll just let Barth and Tanrak live on... in everyone’s beautiful memories.

I want to thank every single member of the crew behind the scenes who helped bring this series to life. Please forgive me for not naming everyone individually, as I'm afraid I might leave someone out. Every one of you is the reason Ticket to Heaven was able to make it this far. Thank you to GMMTV for always giving me creative freedom, even though we all knew how risky and sensitive it was to tell this particular story.

Thank you to our lovely cast: Gemini and Fourth—we've still got a long journey ahead of us, boys; Bright, Ashi, P'Nok, P'Aun, Poon, Mook, Keen, Sea, Tor, Guitar, Mantra, and all the supporting actors who believed in these characters and brought them to life far more beautifully than I could have ever imagined.
