@currys I now have to send back using the same courier and wait for my refund when this service is your doing and all i want is an item in acceptable condition - the seal on the back isn’t even stuck down, box ripped and battered!

@currys I don’t know if there is much point as keep going round in circles with you. If my item arrives and the bag it came in is already open on arrival and it has no packaging at all inside for protection, surely you should dispute with the courier rather than make me post back?
