@airindia I’ve been waiting for over 3 years to receive my ₹50K refund for a canceled flight. Despite multiple complaints on @cpgrams & to the @MoCA_GoI, nothing has been resolved. BR No: KU39IK. How many more years do I need to wait? I’m tired of this endless delay.

@airindia I've been hearing this same response for 3 years—either "already refunded" or "under processing." This is unacceptable. Next time, I'll tag the Aviation Ministry and PMO. They should be aware of this endless delay. Fix it!
