20 things President Tinubu inherited when he assumed office in 2023:
1. A dead economy.
2. Massive fuel subsidy burden.
3. Rising public debt.
4. Foreign exchange instability.
5. Multiple exchange-rate windows.
6. Low government revenue.
7. High inflation.
8. High unemployment and underemployment.
9. Widespread insecurity across many parts of the country.
10. Terrorism, banditry, and kidnapping challenges.
11. Crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism.
12. Declining foreign investment inflows.
13. Electricity supply challenges.
14. Poor road infrastructure in many areas.
15. A large fiscal deficit.
16. A weakened naira.
17. Low industrial productivity.
18. High poverty rate.
19. Backlog of critical infrastructure projects.

Despite inheriting these challenges, President Tinubu has tried his best to tackle many of them and is still working hard to build a better Nigeria for all.
