@VIZIOsupport a recent (corrupt?) firmware update seems to have broken our tv. Ever since, it doesn't respond to tv or remote input and is in a boot loop, just showing the logo. We have been through the resolution steps with phone support once. Can you recommend anything else?

@Delta I was just on the phone for 3 hours before I had to hang up, did not talk with an agent. The "Need Help" chat function on the website will also not load. I have a recurring issue with TSA precheck not being assigned to my reservations and need to speak to someone. Thanks.
