Actually saying there was no issue!!!!

They literally tell you there’s nothing wrong and refuse to help and make constantly repeat yourself until you lose your temper then they terminate your call because you lost your temper after banging your head against a wall for 2 hours

They’ve spent 2 hours basically calling me a liar!! Trying to make out like I hadn’t complained over and over about their service. Saying I hadn’t complained despite having engineers come out 4 times in the space of 2 weeks!

@SkyHelpTeam Have to spend literal hours telling someone exactly what’s happened, over and over and over again. I’ve been a customer since the start of BSkyB and this is thanks I get……I’m having to pay for a service I didn’t receive for a month!! And NO-ONE WILL HELP!
