1. Pasien adalah seorang wanita dengan kelainan bawaan
Dia punya kondisi langka:
Bagian bawah vaginanya tidak terbentuk (aplastik)

Jadi secara normal tidak bisa berhubungan intim lewat vagina.

Rahim & indung telur:
✅ normal
❌ jalan masuk sperma: tidak ada

2. Pasien melakukan hubungan seksual dengan cara ORAL
Pasangannya ejakulasi di mulut pasien, lalu sperma TERTELAN masuk ke saluran pencernaan.

Normalnya:
❌ sperma mati di lambung
❌ tidak mungkin hamil

TAPI… di sinilah keanehannya mulai

3. Pasien ternyata punya “jalur bocor” di dalam tubuh
Karena kelainan bawaan + kemungkinan infeksi lama, pasien punya sambungan abnormal (fistula mikro) antara:
usus bagian atas
dan
rongga perut / dekat organ reproduksi

Ini sangat langka dan biasanya tidak disadari.
