I am writing to file a complaint against the company Matter Labs R&D GmbH. Based on my research and observations, this company may be violating legal regulations related to the management and trading of cryptocurrencies.

Here are the relevant details of the company:
- Company: Matter Labs R&D GmbH
- Address: Skalitzer Straße 85, 10997 Berlin
- Legal Form: GmbH (limited liability company)
- Registration Number: HRB 215279 B

According to § 1 Abs. 11 Satz 1 Nr. 10 of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, KWG) and § 2 Abs. 5 Nr. 10 of the Act on the Supervision of Securities Institutions (WpIG), cryptocurrencies are considered financial instruments. This also applies to payment tokens and so-called virtual currencies such as Bitcoin, Ether, and XRP (§ 1 Abs. 11 Satz 4 KWG).

I have reason to believe that Matter Labs R&D GmbH does not comply with these legal provisions and does not possess the proper license to trade these financial instruments. Therefore, I kindly request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that the company adheres to the legal requirements.
