I am standing on a “Customer service” line that looks to be at least an hour long. Everyone in front of me is on the phone trying to call for help and not getting through. I just watch adults walk away after talking to agents, literally, crying.

She told me, and supposedly her supervisor told her, that if I wished to rebook my whole flight or drive to another airport it would be at my expense, that you won’t help me until you’ve made me miss my flight.

@united I’m pretty laid back about flight issues. They happen. But your agents have made it impossible to solve smoothly. On seeing that my first flight was delayed by HOURS, I knew I couldn’t make my connecting flight. Your app wouldn’t let me rebook.
