Happened yesterday in Ukraine. Pure Russian terrorism on display. Russian Military strikes hit a shopping center in downtown Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, on Saturday evening, injuring at least nine Ukrainian civilians, including four children, according to Ukrainian authorities.

Footage from the aftermath shows extensive damage to the shopping center and nearby buildings, with emergency crews working at the scene.

Once again, a Russian strike has hit a busy civilian area, causing casualties among ordinary Ukrainians and damaging civilian infrastructure.

This attack fits a broader pattern of Russia inflicting maximum pain on Ukrainian society, particularly when its military advances on the battlefield stall.
