Dukkha is dukkha.
Nature programmed us to be naturally impossible to satisfy in order to maximize our chances for survival. This is the fundamental root of dukkha. It is also why pursuing satiety only ever creates more dukkha.
Things are just the way they are supposed to be. Your job is to completely surrender. Surrender everything. Surrendering is another way to quiet the mind. When you begin mentally to give things up, you'll notice your mind becomes quieter and quieter.

There’s this misconception that being “spiritual” implies one is this very harmonious, balanced, peaceful, person…
Most “spiritual” people are fighting demons, are constantly tested, possess strange wisdoms gained through trauma & suffering, and/or have high functioning neuroticisms that allow for hypersensory perception. Being intuitive in itself comes with a heavy mental heath burden.
Blocking someone online is less like setting boundaries, and more of an admission that they’ve gained such spectral dominion over your thoughts and emotions that you must erase them entirely.
