UCC’s food bank ran out within 50 minutes of being opened this evening. Over 100 students attended, versus the 20 students per week that needed the service when it was first set up in 2019.
These people leaving everything they have behind not knowing where they are going or what happens next. The only difference between them and you or I other is sheer luck of where we were born, remember that when you see people trying to find a better life for their family’s.
