AI Agent (BOT) uses the SpaceX stock token $SPXC as the quote token in its trading pairs. The memecoin aims to drive KYA bots on the Agentic Identity Standard protocol on Bitcoin, trading on the Robinhood chain.

In the future ICOs will get licensed and locked in by law. Robinhood Chain is the most likely platform to onboard large-scale upgraded ICO assets. For humans KYC is mandatory. For AI agents it has to be KYA.
In 2026, the US SEC put forward Regulation Crypto Assets. It includes a startup exemption around $5 million plus a larger fundraising exemption topping out near $75 million a year. It also delivers an "investment contract safe harbor" so tokens can lose securities status once they clear the conditions. The industry reads this as the real path back for upgraded ICOs.
KYC (Know Your Customer) has long been non-negotiable across finance and crypto. KYA (Know Your Agent) covers identity checks, authorization scoping, behavior monitoring, and accountability for autonomous AI agents, essentially an extension of KYC.
The UK FCA has already floated a KYA framework for agentic commerce. The EU AI Act, MiCA, DORA, and similar rules are driving traceability, human oversight, and logging for high-risk AI systems. No single global mandate exists yet, but regulators and the industry are clearly converging on this, especially in financial trading.

In the current evolution of the AI agent landscape, the most critical missing piece of infrastructure isn't raw intelligence—it's "Know Your Agent" (KYA).
The real bottleneck in the emerging agent economy has quietly shifted: from capability → to identity and verifiable trust.
As autonomous agents increasingly act on our behalf—transacting, negotiating, and moving value at machine speed—legacy human-centric identity systems (KYC, OAuth, etc.) are collapsing under the weight.
Without a robust, cryptographically grounded KYA layer, every agent interaction becomes suspicious by default, approval rates tank, fraud controls overreact, and scalable, trusted agentic commerce simply can't take off.Bottom line:
Intelligence is no longer the scarce resource. Verifiable agent identity is.
And whoever nails KYA first will unlock the next trillion-dollar chapter of the AI economy.
Big Ideas for 2026 from our friends @a16zcrypto. I contributed a brief thought on KYA — the identity primitive that links agents to their principals, constraints, and liabilities. It's a building block we need ourselves at Catena as we build autonomous workflows that touch money and interact with agents managed by others.
The meme coins launched on the @ponsdotfamily launchpad that use stock tokens as the quote token in their trading pairs have a notable friction point. You cannot buy them directly with ETH. Instead, you must first swap ETH for the corresponding stock token and then use that stock token to purchase the meme coin. By contrast, meme coins launched on the Flap launchpad that also use stock tokens as the quote token can be bought directly with ETH.
AI Agent (BOT) is the meme coin built as the core AI Agent for KYA (Know Your Agent). Launched on the PONS launchpad, $BOT drives #KYA AI Agents that run on the Agentic Identity Standard protocol on the Bitcoin network. Its trading pairs use the SpaceX stock token $SPXC as the quote token, and it is live-traded on the Robinhood chain.
Robinhood Chain sits at the intersection of two massive narratives:
Tokenized RWAs and retail investor culture
Together they form an always-on, open market where entirely new financial primitives are emerging
Put simply, memestocks.

@elonmusk@bot Not only do humans need identity. AI agents (bots) need it too. And bot identity is about to become extremely important.
KYA is going to be the single most important infrastructure layer of the entire AI era.

Agentic trading will be one of the mainstream applications for AI agents (BOTs). AI agents built on Agentic Identity over the Bitcoin network can deliver sufficient decentralization for the BOT as the Agentic trading entity while ensuring full compliance with Agentic trading laws and regulations.

In the future, when real humans trade RWAs on-chain, KYC verification of their identity will be mandatory. AI agents trading RWAs on-chain will likewise need an established identity first. On-chain RWA trading going forward will be governed by entirely different laws and regulations than the meme coin trading we know today.

When real-world assets (RWAs) trade on-chain, human traders need KYC identity verification. AI agents will need an established identity too.
Agentic trading is set to become one of the mainstream applications for bots.
If these AI agents are built on Agentic Identity, an identity system purpose-built for AI agents and running on the Bitcoin network, it can deliver sufficient decentralization for the bot itself so that it is never controlled by centralized servers, while remaining fully compliant with future laws and regulations governing agentic trading.
