I made a similar business mistake last week which made me lose my trust in Nigerians. A gentleman texted me on this app that he wanted me to get him a 206 manual car. I sent him a sample and he confirmed his interest. He checked every picture, asked specifically for the one with a 307 engine, agreed the sum of ₦4.7m in writing and requested me to go and seal it for him. I usually take deposit upfront but this time, I had a feeling of maturity from him so I thought a mere ₦4.7m wouldn’t be an issue.
We made video call inspection and he confirmed everything was okay by him to proceed. Then after I took the car to the port, paid for shipping and it was time to make payment. I noticed a drop in energy from him. He started replying me once a day.
Heeehn?? Hellooo?
Then later he came up with the excuse that I advertised 206 for around ₦4.5m so why is he buying for ₦4.7m.
Hello sir? You wanted that specific car? I told you what it would cost, and you agreed. I paid 200k for train to travel to that particular dealer towards the German border to get that car for you and you agreed the price in writing.

Las las I figured he was just looking for a way to back out so I made it easy for him by blocking him. I don’t have the energy to waste on small people. This is the same lack of integrity I experienced with market dealers when I started PlayStation supplies. I tend to trust easily because I trade alot with Europeans and have never experienced this with them, when they say A it’s A. When Nigerians say A, it ends up being Z. We are the religious people yet we have the worst integrity.

This story is actually insane and nobody is talking about it, and the key witness has apparently died in a hotel fire.

Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi accused Femi Gbajabiamila of collecting ₦400 million from him for a ₦600 million deal for the appointment to become DG of Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), the Chief of Staff was said to have demanded 48% of the agency’s ₦24 billion take-off grant.

Prince Adeyemi said 48% is too much. There was a little disagreement apparently, and on 11 June 2026, Gbajabiamila, in his capacity as Chief of Staff, issued a public statement saying the PFIPC was not an official government body.

Prince Adeyemi wrote a petition to the police and named the middleman who was the witness to everything that happened.

The middle man, who is the key witness to the transaction died a day after that petition.
Prince Adeyemi wrote for the investigation of the man’s mysterious death, and also claimed there are multiple assasinanation attempts on his life.

He also claimed his phone was particularly stolen in one of the attempts and they are refusing to help him track it.

Gbajabiamila claims the company does not exist and that Prince Adeyemi is telling lies, but the 2026 Appropriation Act currently contains a ₦1.3 billion budget allocation for the PFIPC on page 50 and 51.

So how did a “non-existent”agency receive a budget allocation?
The criminality happening under Tinubu is abysmal.

I completely understand where you’re coming from, but for a lot of gamers physical discs are the only way they could afford to play games because they could get them secondhand. You can also give games to your younger siblings Which is a great way to introduce them to the games you were playing.

Most importantly though, as we saw from PlayStation this past week, if the media we buy is only digital, it can be taken away from us at a moment’s notice with no recourse. Imagine that, one day your entire library of games could be deleted overnight because technically you don’t own it.
