Bi idhniLlah, she would deliver with ease as long as there is no medical related condition related to her difficulty. Medical issues require medical attention. Non-medical issues require prayer and healing from the Qur'ān and Sunnah.

[الأحقاف:35]،
Ka'annahum yawma yarawna mā yū'adūna la yalbathū illā sā'atan min nahārin balāghun fa hal yuhlak illā al-qawn al-Fāsiqūn
