I ordered the birthstone bracelet as a gift. It’s beautiful but it’s so big, it’s falling off my wrist so I know it won’t fit her either.
I didn’t see a sizing option so assumed it was the standard size.
What are my options please? I’m flying out Sunday night.
@AbbottLyon I spent over half a day emailing you guys and got a reply from SIX different assistants and not a single one was able to answer my questions, give me a clear explanation or resolve my issue. All I was offered was a refund on a store credit.
@AbbottLyon Do you know why people choose @amazon over local businesses? Because it would’ve taken me one minute to speak to a human at @amazon and under two minutes they would have resolved my issue.
@AbbottLyon So I sent an email and it seems like I haven’t been sent the standard size.
But I can’t seem to get an answer to my questions, just a copy paste reply word to word, every time I reply to their email with a question. Is it bots replying to the email?? I’m genuinely confused!
@thatdayin1992 What I want to know is why it bothers people so much that a nation wants to be free? America is free. UK is free. Canada is free. Hell, even India Pakistan Bangladesh Sri Lanka are free (in their own right) why does it rub people the wrong way if Palestine wants to be free?

It’s booked for myself, my husband and my 2 kids. One of them is an Infant on my lap. But my ticket that I’ve received in my email doesn’t show the infant’s name.
It just shows as 3 travellers. Is this an error?
