@KLM flight KL357 from Amsterdam on 28.04 to attend my mother’s funeral. So many empty seats, and all I wanted was privacy. Asked a crew member to move to a window seat but was dismissed with no empathy. Later, she kindly helped another passenger with the same request. #Empathy
