Just to add further clarification: these funds are stipends to be invested in capacity building—infrastructural training and education—for the executives in their HR department. That $45k a year is paid to outside educators and experts, not a salary paid to the Pixel Project.

atp it’s clear bighit/hybe is trying to integrate ai more in regular content & i think it’s especially important that we keep pushing back because a company whose whole foundation started as “music and artists for healing” should not be taking the lazy way to push their artists
