The final day of the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing ends today at the noon hour.

After the defense final DNA witness the court allowed the family to watch the zoomed in surveillance video from Utah Valley University.

Even zoomed in the quality of the video surprisingly high. You could see the man on the roof- reportedly Tyler Robinson getting down into that wine or prone position before the shot was fired. The video showing Robinson allegedly returning to campus with jeans on shows that very distinct limp with the rifle likely in the leg of his pants.

Heartbreaking to watch Erika Kirk and Charlie’s parents as they watched in greater detail these final moments before Charlie was shot & killed on campus.

The @fortworthpd have had multiple very public examples of their officers not understanding basic First Amendment protections.

And now, the Fort Worth PD, a government entity, is blocking critics of their clear failures. The courts have routinely treated government social media accounts as public forums and blocking people because they are critical of them has been acknowledged as a… wait for it… violation of the 1st Amendment.

The Fort Worth PD police account is an official government account. Because these pages serve as official government channels, courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court—have consistently ruled that blocking citizens based on their political or critical viewpoints violates their free speech rights.

In other words, it is illegal for them to block @libsoftiktok.

This police department really does not understand the first amendment.
