@clobrda I used OpenShot a little hit and loved it. I should try Camtasia too. Didn't like Premiere much.

[Siavash T @aisvash]

@clobrda Thanks Petr

We are now required by our division (Ag & Natural Resources) to measure impacts and not just results of our work. It's a bit difficult to track impacts but it can be very rewarding. Thanks to PAPA Seminars helping me measure my performance. #UCIPM #UCANR #California

I call boric acid a 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 substance, but why?

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, you can apply it as dry dust, spray it, or as bait.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱, it kills by multiple effects: a weak desiccant, a stomach poison, and a 𝓷𝓮𝓾𝓻𝓸𝓽𝓸𝔁𝓲𝓷!

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱, it penetrates the cuticle too!

[Siavash T @aisvash]

@UCCE_SoniaRios Oh my god! Mine sits right behind my chair's casters. Super dangerous.

[Siavash T @aisvash]

@JamesHempfling Good for you! I did my dissertation mostly with R but now, I prefer SPSS. My favorite is PAST which is a free package written by European Paleontologists: https://t.co/h8XAV2Pkoi I have published peer-reviewed articles using this. Highly recommended!

Another technical publication of mine on drywood termite detection using microwaves technology published in our UC IPM's green bulletin.
Detecting live drywood termites in walls can be very challenging but there is always hope.

On the shortage of PPE to pesticide applicators in California. A must read news release by my colleague Ms. A. Katrina Hunter (UC-IPM). This applies to structural pest control too.
