I had a @PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. The on screen renewal reminder said 'no need to do anything', but it has been cancelled. Nobody to call, email, or chat with. Renewal is now demanding almost 100% price increase. How do I get this fixed?

@TravelodgeUK I did that and received a reply saying they will get to me in 5 days. Photo here of the bed I was eventually given. The room had previously been flagged as not available so this shouldn't have been unknown to the staff.

I wish I had done a Twitter search before booking and prepaying for a @TravelodgeUK room. Arrived to be told there was no room, then eventually downgraded and offered an evoucher for the difference. Why would I ever want to book with them again? Have to phone to get refund owed.

@TheDataIQ very confused sounding cold caller saying he represented you. When asked what your software did he could only respond with 'reduces friction throughout' no context, no understanding, and then he cut the call off. First impressions Very Poor.

What makes Systems Engineers different and useful? How about:
'Our attitude to project change differentiates us from other cross cutting disciplines such as PM and QM'?

@aditot A project IS a change, but I was referring to in-project changes. Currently in an open mind idea gathering phase so this is an interesting perspective.

@qaraqoram I agree that the actual risk is trivial if people can successfully manage the tracking of multiple moving points and maintain the 2m distance from all. If you add people to the problem you increase the complexity of the situation. I think it is primarily a human factors issue.
