@davidgcant Insurance companies should also now play a big part in trying to help their clients from facing potential criminal action in the wake of the new court sentencing guidelines from april 2016. Glass safety risk assessments aren't easy and should be done by competent people like me.

@davidgcant Our experience of the insurance industry from a glass safety risk perspective, is that they rely solely on what the client tells them and not actually check the risk for themselves. To me this a poor decision.

@acarchitects The CDM regs are more than just for the construction period. They must consider anyone that maybe affected by any part of the build during its lifecycle including its demolition. Regulation 11 is all about "designing out" any known risks and managing them to the highest level.

@bentasker Just blank it off Ben!! The inlet manifold will survive better without the EGR. No more gumming up of swirl flaps if your inlet manifold has them. better MPG and gets rid of flat spots too!!
