So, 6wks ago this happened. 3.5yrs living in @bovishomes new build, completed 4.5yrs ago. @IdealStandardUK claim its an install issue, glass shattered correctly. Neither care that it injured my 3 children, 1 needing an ambulance to a+e, nor the consequential property damage.

@Yvette86129589 @Spurge83 @bovishomes @IdealStandardUK He had cuts all over him, yet was super brave. Two were deep that needed gluing at hospital. Our 2yr old and 4yr old girls also got cuts from being in the bathroom as well.

@Spurge83 @bovishomes @IdealStandardUK You’d think so. It could have been a lot worse, looking at the large pieces of glass still intact. If this can happen, then this type of glass shouldn’t be used in this way, doesn’t seem fit for purpose. He wants one made of feathers now so it won’t hurt him.

#neithergiveashit. The gesture of goodwill is a replacement door...what's to stop it doing the same again in a few years. Clearly not fit for purpose. Toughened glass didn't shatter fully into 'marbles', the large chunks caused a large cut to my son's head, who is now traumatised

Hats off to @amazon - make unauthorised charge on my debit card and then tell me it'll take a week for the refund to reach me. Errors happen - but a second time within a month, that is fine form by you - and your staff don't seem to care a bit - demonstrates systematic attitude
