And between that and refurbishment, the number is quite high, but it depends on having a lot of existing hulls.

@DaddyWarpig As others have pointed out, the samurai would use a naginata and the knight a poleaxe.
The advantage is quite high for the knight as the armor is much better and the weapon also is much better, but the samurai, although carrying more weight has more arm mobility.

@Harryjwilliamss The scheme was great, and is the reason quite a few people realised they could move around with bikes.
But I fear a new scheme would fail for the same reasons as the one before: vandalism and stolen bikes. Stealing and vandalizing bikes is ignored by authorities.
