ओबीसी को आरक्षण का कोई विशेष फायदा नहीं है, फिर भी हम आरक्षण का समर्थन क्यों करते हैं ?

क्योंकि हमें पता है कि सिस्टम में बैठे कुछ लोग ईमानदारी से मेरिट लागू नहीं करते।

आरक्षण हट गया तो यही लोग सीटों पर अपने स्वजातीयों और रिश्तेदारों को आगे करने के रास्ते तलाशेंगे और फिर उसी को “मेरिट” का नाम दे देंगे।

आज आरक्षण है तो कम से कम सवाल पूछ सकते हैं कि तय हिस्से की सीटों में भी डकैती क्यों ?

कल आरक्षण नहीं रहा तो पूछने का आधार भी नहीं बचेगा।

आरक्षण इसलिए नहीं कि हम मेरिट के खिलाफ हैं, बल्कि इसलिए कि हमें व्यवस्था की नीयत पर भरोसा नहीं है।

किस हराम नस्ल या कुपढ़ को लगता है कि भारत में OBC आरक्षण लागू है?

केंद्रीय सरकारी सेवाओं में OBC के लिए 27% आरक्षण है, लेकिन 1 जनवरी 2024 के सरकारी आंकड़ों में OBC की वास्तविक हिस्सेदारी Group-A में सिर्फ 19.14%,
Group-B में 21.95%
Group-C में 27.29% है।

यानी OBC आरक्षण धरातल पर अभी लागू ही नहीं हुआ है। यदि 60% लोग 27% में सिमटा दिए गए हैं यह आरक्षण कैसे लागू हुआ?

Just 6.25% Group A positions are OBCs in Uttar Pradesh.

But the narrative created is as if the entire seats are taken away by SC,ST,OBCs.

Now why is that OBC reservations of 25% not being implemented...

The reasons are numerous loopholes, administrative bottlenecks and political will to implement the reservation.

It is for this reason caste census becomes important.

On top of this people are conducting Reservation Hatao Andalon as if entire government jobs are filled by SC,ST,OBCs

Let me be frank, even today most of the Group A,B services are entirely manned by General category.

Only in lower level positions, Group C and D employees, you will find SC,ST,OBCs.

The real movement needed is how to get these people of the top of ladder.
