Apparently listening to the Tim Dillon Show in my own car is now a suspendable offense.

A passenger heard uncensored comedy/political satire, and I could tell she might be uncomfortable. So I did the completely unreasonable thing: *read below*

Drive strangers around → accommodate them → listen to what they want to talk about → get suspended anyway.

@lyft, was the violation that I listened to comedy? That it was political? Or that I exercised the radical freedom to choose what I listen to in my own vehicle?

I apologized, turned it off, and put music on. She never even had to ask.

Then she spent basically the entire ride telling me about her life.

I dropped her off. No argument. No confrontation. No drama.

Then Lyft suspended me.
