@tata_neu my complaint 1250398 is pending for 9 days.

There is software glitch in Tata neu app which created return request and deducted my neu coins. Customer care has given very lame response. I am not sure if there is any one actually working to solve problems.

@tata_neu It has been 6 days. Still no resolution.

I checked, returns policy for mobiles is 7 days. I bought my phone in first week of June. So return is not possible.

Why not do a system override and close this case.
