पिछले चार वर्षों में हम homebuyers of Supertech ने देखा और हमें संतोषजनक अनुभव हुआ (बेशक कागजों पर) कि पूरी व्यवस्था, चाहे वह सरकार हो या माननीय न्यायालय, केवल हमारे हित में काम करती है (हाँ, कागजों पर)। लेकिन वास्तविकता यह है कि एक बड़े घोटाले के बाद बिल्डर ख���लेआम घूम रहे हैं और BUYERS paying RENT+EMI+HEFTY SCHOOL FEES , लगभग तीन बार guardian (IRP-AMICUS-CHA8RMAN) बदले गए हैं, लेकिन सभी ने SYLABUS पढ़ना शुरू कर देते है, जिसमें लगभग 6-7 महीने लगते हैं, और फिर PROCESS शुरू होती है, लेकिन ज़मीन पर न तो कोई निर्माण कार्य हुआ है, न ही कुछ और। घर खरीदार केवल. RENT+EMI+SCHOOL FEES भुगतान कर रहे हैं माननीय @myogiadityanath

गौतमबुद्ध नगर के घर खरीददार, बिल्डरों और सिस्टम की लापरवाही के कारण अपना घर पाने के लिए कई वर्षों से संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर में पारदर्शिता की कमी होने की वजह से सारा पैसा देने के बाद भी होम बायर्स किराएदार बनकर रह रहे हैं। हर महीने उन्हें किराए के साथ बैंक की E.M.I. भी भरना पड़ती है। इस वजह से सभी होम बायर्स की आर्थिक स्थिति बदतर हो गई है और सभी को वित्तीय संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। हम चाहते हैं कि होम बायर्स की समस्या का जल्द से जल्द उचित समाधान निकले। इसके लिए हम निरंतर प्रयत्न कर रहे हैं।
