Incoming Asst Prof @TAMU, Postdoc @UZH_en, PhD @WUSTL | I like personality dev/change/prediction. Depending on the day (or hour), I also like R & Bayesian stats
I am incredibly honored and grateful to be included in this list alongside a group of such talented researchers!
Thank you to anyone & everyone that has been part of my academic journey thus far and has helped make any of this possible 🤗
New paper out at the Journal of Psychopathology and Clinical Science!
We examined unconditional & event-related changes in personality functioning (Criterion A of the AMPD) and the Big Five across 4 metrics: rank-order stability, mean-level change, within-person variability, ipsative consistency
Our goal was to compare & better understand developmental links between pathological and normal-range personality, how these links varied depending on the occurrence of life events, and whether similarities vs differences emerged across distinct metrics

Overall, we believe our study offers valuable insight into the conceptual (dis)similarity of personality traits and personality functioning, informs joint theoretical frameworks, and can advance treatment of personality disorders by identifying conditions in which changes in personality pathology may be expected or best captured
