🚨 BIG DECISION BY DELHI HIGH COURT

Delhi HC has ruled that MUSLIM personal law CANNOT provide IMMUNITY from POCSO provisions in cases involving SEXUAL activity with a minor wife.

Personal law CANNOT OVERRIDE protections guaranteed under POCSO and BNS, the Court held.
