@sidhshuk True. Not every tourist is fit to stay in a homestay, BnB or tourist hostels. They don't understand difference between these accommodations and regular hotels.
@askbhupi Not surprising. Most buildings in Kaddukhal are perched dangerously on pillars, with a deep gorge below. Several years ago, I stayed at GMVN's new hotel there, which was also largely supported by pillars rising from the valley side.
@thw4u One of the reasons could be fires in last few years that resulted in several wooden houses being gutted. Maybe those are rebuilt using concrete.
@_antithesis_1 Something like they do on Gaukukh trek. At the entry point all the plastic items, biscuits, chips packets are noted down and deposit of certain amount is taken. Trekkers need to bring back every wrapper and packet to get refund.
@_antithesis_1 Yeah. Ooper se Zee ka chutyapa. Asking for recharge of extra plan just for World Cup even those who have Zee5 paid plan. Very short sighted.
@theprayagtiwari Not sure if you have seen Rocky Shahpuria, also from Haryana. Perhaps first travel vlogger who travels by tractor. He has been to Lahaul & Spiti; even Nepal in his modified tractor.

@SilpiTivari@WillmooreK_OK This is Manglaur, has been a predominantly muslim locality for decades, few kms before Roorkee on Delhi - Haridwar highway. It should never have been included in Uttarakhand.
@Samar_Mishra9@old_cricketer Shayad ussi ki baat kar rahe. Harsh Gujral. Uski comedy bas apni audience ki insult karne tak hi hai. Aur har sentence mein 'bencho' add kar deta hai.
@OnlyNakedTruth@OfficeOfNG It was such nice and stable road before this road widening and 4 laning. I remember driving on this road couple of times in the month of August. First time rained all the time. Barring one minor hiccup I didn't face any issue. Now I don't even think of going there in monsoon.
