@Bluestar_care I had raised a request number D24050504715 in May 2024, where swing rotary was not working. I paid visiting charge but despite multiple follow up my issue did not get fixed and today when I connected again was told ticket closed in Dec 2024. Plz help me.

@makemytripcare I had booked ticket with zero fee on reschedule.
I had to reschedule and reached customer support. They directed me to reach airline for reschedule and any fee on reschedule would get refunded
I did the same and was charged 999 INR. Ticket 21394824207352576.
