Still waiting for the solution. If your service engineer does not solve this problem today then I will break your setup and throw it in the pond. I am very disappointed with your service.

महा घटिया सर्विस है, सर्विस इंजीनियर कॉल कर के ��ोलता पुराना छोड़ दो और नया setup लगा लो,जल्दी चालू हो जाएगा |भाई कोई भी Jio Airfiber नहीं लेना|

@JioCare Bahut Ghatiya Service hai,tumse ye ummid nhi thi,tumhara service engineer bolta hai ki mai nhi aaunga ,aur tumhara answer ek hi dono bar ,itna ghatiya service,Receiver setup Tod kar phekna hi upay hai,Recharge koi free ka thodi hai.Koi bhai nahi lena jio air fiber

@JioCare There has been no solution till now, whenever I call the service engineer he says he will not come, I am facing this problem since 5th September, I did not expect such bad service from Jio, my recharge is getting wasted. Service engineer mobile no is 9472998584.

I have Indian Bank Rupay Credit card.

I booked a Jio Air fiber on 23 Feb but yet not installed.
Yesterday a service engineer visited for installation but they did something wrong and told me that please cancel this order and do a new order then I will install it.
So Cancel it.
