When your child is physically punished in the school, you bring it to the school management for taking an action. If the school management responds this way, where is law?

@AppleSupport Bought iPhone x two and half months ago,knowing it as water resistant model but you know what happen. It's completely DEAD when it fell accidentally in a sink. Even the customer care support in the store couldn't help the situation and moreover asking me to pay 549$
