@AdvisorLaborLaw my previous exempted org informed that they have already transferred pf amount in new pf account, but is not providing annexure k even after many emails. Amount not reflected in new pf account.Epfo gave standard reply to grivance. How to solve this issue #asklla

@socialepfo @epfobandra 1st grievance request was closed without satisfactory answer. 2nd request BANNP/E/2022/01490 has been raised for same issue. Kindly help to resolve the 3 year old issue of pf transfer. Previous employer has stopped responding.Your intervention is required

@laborministrylb Sir. Even after 3 years, PF amount is not transferred to the PF member. No guidance is available where to go and what to do. It is pathetic that we have to do so much hardship to get our own money. Kindly help @socialepfo @epfobandra

@epfobandra Please advise how to proceed as previous organization is not cooperating at all.They have just given cheque number, date amd amount that was used to transfer pf. I raised grivence with reg no. BANNP/E/2021/38621 in portal, but got a standard and non satisfactory reply

@DGPMaharashtra Sir. Please do something to stop this kind of harrassment of public by police . Action should be taken against such police personnnels to protect interest of public. Such few police personnel dent the image of police in public eyes.

@Navimumpolice I believe what was happening there was not correct. They didnt had authority to fine, but they were telling huge fines to ppl. Ppl were just paying few bucks and leave.This is causing trouble to citizens. Request to take action on the matter and against policemen.

@Navimumpolice I checked after few mins, these 4-5 policemen continued to stop ppl and check their papers. I want to ask, why are these police personnels telling people about fine when they dont have authority to fine them. Many ppl would just pay them to avoid incovinience. 4/5
