@AskeBay Hi, a buyer is abusing the buyer protection policy against me and stating that the new sealed MacBook Pro I sent gets “hot.” They are using that as reason enough to claim the product “doesn’t work or is defective.” I asked for proof/photos, and now they won’t respond.
@JohnLegere We're still being charged every month without a clear reason. We were previously with T-Mobile for over 10 years. During that time we were very unhappy and frustrated with T-Mobile, and after the switch we've been satisfied with Sprint. Please do something about it.
@JohnLegere My family switched and ported our lines to Sprint in April. T-Mobile has charged us over $300 in services we don't have. We've been on the phone with T-Mobile customer service or hours in the past 3 months. And we've been told the account doesn't exist.
