@Sanjay_Uvachaa@airindia Very true. Our expectations are high from TATA group in all products. The small amount does not add big to the kitty but a negative addition causes lots of suffering. Even Indigo is not charging anything except for the front seats. Air India must review it's policy.

I had very bad experience at this hotel during my stay. Building, ambiance, utensils, furniture,cleaning need effective action. Staff to be trained. Central Govt to play a role to issue regulation.
