@KatyFBrand Taking a step back, our entire transport infrastructure has been struggling with providing for the daily rush in and out.

Then design the app so it is decentalised. Many people don't trust the goverment / NHS for their IT competence, nor their repsect of our privacy. Most of the world have gone decentralised, why not us?

I've just switched my main Browser from #Chrome to #Firefox. It was quick, easy and Firefox is working well. All the add-ons I use have easily-found equivalents.
