Both of these cars are from 2008. One is Diesel and one is petrol. One costs £28 a month to tax, the other £60 a month. One produces more CO2 emissions than the other. One is ULEZ compliant, the other isn't.... I'll let you figure out which is which.

Ok, so I need clarification on the ULEZ matter. Is it based on emissions the car produces, ie CO2 g/km? My diesel '08 159sw is not compliant producing 181g/km of CO2 emissions, but a' 03 Mini cooper S petrol producing 202g/km is compliant? Doesn't make sense
