@bark23200 @taylorburrowes Everyone is different, you start to see my abs as soon as I hit sub 21%. At 15% I have a full 6 pack although I haven't been there in years, not my focus anymore. I maintain 17-20% because I feel the strongest and most balanced there.

@TheTrueVanguard I'm not overly hairy and in general I don't trim my upper body until the summer when it's pool/beach season. It shocks me every year how much more defined I look trimmed. So to answer your question....you will likely notice a difference which may give you some motivation.

@kates4cubbies My wife carried ours to 38 weeks....she was still leading worship at our church up until the last week....then delivered a 6lb girl and 7.5lb boy like a bonafide bad ass!!!
