Itβs a 1920s Meet-N-Greet in the @BAM_Library today. 7th grade Ss are researching key individuals, slang words, and accomplishments of the 1920s. They are also playing bingo. Thanks @ajcouse & @melissalarson74 for dressing up as authentic #Flappers!
A4: Recently, I made sure to stress to students that they can email me w/ questions. Making sure the Ss know I am available for help outside of the lesson has had an impact on their database use. I had several students even ask me research Qs over winter break! #LCPSedChat
A4: @ashburnreads & I curate the LCPS databases w/ a Pathfinder guide for each research project to show students the best ones to use for their research. They are available on our website. Here is one we did recently: https://t.co/2OrrjbCNI8 #LCPSedchat
A3: I always struggle to structure the time of the project/collaboration. I always get really excited when researching new topics and have too many ideas! #LCPSedChat
Q1: I love collaborating with @BAM_MS_Official Ts because everyday is different! Today I booktalked historical fiction, tomorrow I am teaching research w/8th grade science. #LCPSedChat
@coxtl @guntk @breakoutEDU@edpuzzle I saw the breakout on your blog. It looks awesome! Would you be willing to share the resources with me, so I can adapt it for my 7th graders?
