My order 5755566513, came completely spilled and the delivery executive didn't take responsibility. Also the chat bot only refunded 70 rupees for 600 rupee damaged order. #Zomato#zomatofraud

@narendramodi@SetuAarogya recently had an update which logged out users before updating the app. Thus being infecting since users were logged out of app by default .
Also there has to be daily push notification from app to take self assessment regularly.

@swiggy_in my previous order was cancelled since my food was stolen in transit. I was asked to place fresh order and this time I don’t get the cash back offer . Swiggy team giving standard reply and cant share complaint id also
@ZomatoIN : money got deducted but order placement failed . I am with your chat support for 40 minutes now and I only get standard reply of ‘we are working on your order’. Request not to waste user time by giving standard replies through chat bots
