Careful specification is needed when looking at external insulation and render systems. A brick skin cladding over the insulation would possibly have offered a better finish in this scenario. #refurbishment #sustainable

An exchange of knowledge and processes in the morning, followed by a spot of lunch, group sessions discussing strategies and direction for the year ahead in the afternoon. #teambuilding

Interesting to see it modelled ‘for the first time’, all the construction information/drawings prepared at the time were based around 2D plans/elevations.
