@Hero_Electric 7 days over since I have made a compliant regarding hero NYX. No response from your side .worst ever vehicle and customer support. Pls refund back my whole amount and take back your EVehicle

@Hero_Electric never buy , hero electric vehicles, it takes 30 days for each and every service.
I replaced my battery once still the same issue with hero nyx vehicle is getting switched off without any indication.even the battery indicator shows full each and every time .

@Hero_Electric 1 week is over , no response from the hero electric. Fed up with the after sales support. In period of 6 months i replaced my battery within 2 months of purchase. Now the same issue battery is dead again i have to wait for the replacement. Worst ever experience.

@Hero_Electric I have submitted my ev vehicle at
Bharat ev perambur, Tamilnadu Chennai.
My vehicle is just 6 months old which is under warranty even though they informed me that i will be charged rs 500 as battery testing charges 250 per battery. Mr Lalith manager at Bharat ev.

@Hero_Electric Hi, i purchased hero nyx vehicle 22/08/2022..
I am facing frequent issue in the vehicle right from first day
No indication of battery.
It takes 8 hours to charge the battery to full.
Improper service response from the service
