@LGIndia @LGE_Global I created a request 3 days ago for non-functioning remote of my LG OLED 55 CX tv, purchased 5 months ago. So far, the response I have received from your customer care has been absolutely pathetic. I am the one calling different people and following up. There is zero response or follow up from LG side. Is this the kind of service expected from LG? I am really very disappointed. One LG service person came home with a completely wrong remote. Complaint number for your reference - RNP260609026207. I am expecting the issue to be resolved by EOD today, otherwise I will escalate this.

@LGIndia I purchased OLED 55 CX tv in November 2025. The remote of the TV is already broken and the TV cannot be operated at all. I registered a complaint from the official channel yesterday. Please look into this matter ASAP.

@rajupatilmanase पण त्याच ठिकाणी तोच कार्यक्रम जोरात चालू झाला परत. फक्त एकच दिवस बंद होता. रोज संध्याकाळी 6 ते रात्री 10 वाजेपर्यंत नुसता धुमाकूळ चालु��े. काहीही फरक पडला नाहीये. 😃
