@PHLSSS That is the main iasue. You keep asking us to go to SSS personally, but when we get there, we cannot even speak to anyone. And perhaps some transactions can be done via email only if your protocols are clear, as we are very cooperative.

@PHLSSS The issue is with her name -- the email prompt says her name does not match with the record you have even if it is the correct spelling. I suppose this could be resolved be asking us to send files via email, and we did so, but in the end we were told to go to SSS personally.

@PHLSSS My wife could not register to SSS online despite having all information with us, thus we were asked to go to the nearest SSS branch. We went to two branches but none would talk to us. They asked us to wait for an email but an email asked us to go to the branch. Kafkaesque.

@PHLSSS my last straw is to Tweet here. Since you are active here than any of your telephone numbers and hotline. Your emails return after a week with just little to no information. And we visited SSS brances and followed a number coding scheme but no one ever talks to us.
